For many, college is a kind of reset button. You leave your hometown, your family, your friends, and you try to embrace the newness of your chosen school. You make new friends. You make a new space for yourself–even if it is a dorm room. And maybe you start to wonder what else is new.
College can become a time when you start thinking about the faith you were raised with. Maybe there are some nagging questions that were never answered in your youth group. Or maybe you want to study the Bible more seriously, taste and see whether there’s any goodness there. And maybe you want some fellow travelers on this journey.
We’ll be making our way through 1 John, starting this Fall. This book presents love as the basis for everything. So, what do we do when it feels like we live in a wilderness of uncertainty, even hate, rather than an environment of love? How do we adapt?
Come share a warm meal with us while we ask this and other questions.

Note - we share a parking lot with SEPTA, Wayne Station - we're easy to find. We are just south of the SEPTA parking lot on the south side of the tracks (the downtown Wayne side).
