If you are looking for a church committee filled with delightful people dedicated to providing programs to help care for our congregation’s members, then the Congregational Care Committee is for you! We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. We envision and implement programs that serve the spiritual, emotional and practical needs that confront us along life’s journey. Some examples of our programs include a support group for parents of children with mental health issues, support groups for caregivers, and career networking groups. We also support the marriage ministry, which includes premarital classes. Another important part of our mission is to provide adult education classes on topics such as social/emotional needs, caregiving, navigating the aging process and parenting. We are constantly looking for additional ways to meet the evolving needs of our congregation. We welcome all ideas and look forward to adding new members with fresh ideas to this dedicated committee!
