Annual Congregational Meeting

Sunday February 6, 2022 at 11:45AM - in-person and online via zoom.

Please plan to attend the WPC annual congregational meeting in the sanctuary or online. This is an important annual event where we gather to elect a new class of Elders, Deacons, and Stewards, and provide organizational updates. Click this link to view the annual report, which will also be distributed at the meeting. We will be reviewing and voting to approve several items presented in the annual report.

Please stay in the sanctuary after 10:30 worship, or log on to the Zoom meeting to attend virtually. We encourage members to attend the meeting in person if possible, but we are pleased to offer the virtual option to those unable join us in the sanctuary. Remote attendees will be able to vote via Zoom and will be able to ask questions via chat. Remote attendees will not be able to ask questions verbally. 

Members who plan to join this Zoom meeting must complete this registration form in order to receive the Zoom link. The zoom link will be emailed to you upon submission of this form. Registration is not mandatory for in-person attendance but helpful for planning.
