Chefs for GemmaThe annual Chefs for Gemma benefit is coming up on April 28th and will feature guest chef, Amanda Shulman, owner of Her Place Supper Club in Philadelphia, currently #1 on Philadelphia magazine's 50 Best Restaurants list. Chef Shulman is a 2023 semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation Award for Emerging Chef, as "A chef who displays exceptional talent, character, and leadership ability, and who is likely to make a significant impact in years to come, while contributing positively to their broader community." (James Beard Foundation press release). We are honored to partner with Chef Shulman for our Chefs 2023 benefit.
