"It Takes a Village" Parenting Dinner and Panel Discussion
March 6, 6-9pm
This is an event just for parents! We will start our night with a dinner hosted by our youth and children's ministry. It will be a time for parents of all ages to connect over tasty food, and make some new friendships with people outside of your normal parenting circles. After dinner, we will have a panel discussion where parents will be invited to ask parenting questions to our panel of experts! Most people on the panel will be parents of kids who are in college or young adults, and which will help us to glean wisdom from their lives. Also on the panel will be coaches, teachers, counselors, and others who work with kids.
The night if free, but we do ask you to RSVP. Also, please note that child care is NOT provided. We want this to be a night were parents can unwind together, free of the distractions of getting kids home on time or helping them with dinner, so we ask you to arrange your own babysitting. However, should the cost of babysitting be an issue, please reach out to us and we would gladly help cover it so you can come!
