For more than 45 years, the Wayne Senior Center (WSC) has provided community, friendship and vital lifeline resources to enrich the lives of older adults. Wayne Presbyterian Church (WPC) has both served and provided financial support to the center for many years, and as they creatively adapted their outreach due to the Covid-19 pandemic, WPC also helped. The center quickly transitioned from serving a daily lunch in-house to a no-contact drive thru outside their building. WPC members helped deliver some of those meals to the homes of shut-ins. WSC offers many other programs and services for seniors.
