The Administration Committee is responsible for all Church Administration functions, including but not limited to Finance, Endowment Investments, Property Operations, and Township Relations. All of these work in tandem and with the same mission and vision to grow WPC as a Congregation, improve infrastructure and yield positive financial results that support the ministries and missions of WPC all while growing the endowment.

Property & Facilities

By maintaining a clean, safe, and appealing facility, we create an environment where members and visitors feel secure and comfortable as they learn and live the ministries of Jesus Christ.

The Property Committee operates “behind the scenes,” focusing on repairing, improving, and maintaining the physical facilities of Wayne Presbyterian Church. While many may not notice these efforts, everyone benefits from a safer and more functional space, with safety as our top priority. The congregation’s continued use of the facility stands as a testament to the effectiveness of these combined efforts.

Finance

Working under the umbrella of the Administration Committee, the Finance subcommittee is responsible for all finance and accounting functions related to Church Operations, the Nursery School, the General Fund, and the Endowment Fund. This includes providing financial oversight, budgetary support, and administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations
and the fulfillment of the church’s mission. Through careful management of resources, the Finance Committee ensures proper funding is allocated to support the effective operation of the church, its physical plant, and the ministries.
