Confirmation is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the Christian faith as it is confessed and practiced at Wayne Presbyterian Church. It’s also the pathway for youth to become members of our church family.

We know that coming to church can sometimes feel confusing. Worship includes many different elements that may not always make sense at first. Confirmation helps make these traditions clear. Together, we’ll explore the Christian faith through the Bible, guided by the Apostles’ Creed and the Lord’s Prayer, while also learning about the different parts of worship.

Not familiar with these? Perfect – you’re in the right place! This is a chance to ask questions, grow in understanding, and deepen your faith.

Parents of rising 8th graders: It’s time to register your child for this year’s Confirmation program! Please contact Pastor Katy at katy@waynepres.org by Sunday, August 31st to sign up.

Kickoff Meeting

We invite both parents and youth to attend the Confirmation Kickoff Meeting on Sunday, September 7th at 9:30 AM in the Knox Room. This will be a great opportunity to hear more about the journey ahead and get your questions answered.
