We value the future of our church, and we are committed to building a sustainable and strategic youth ministry that is going to have a deep impact. That’s why we are developing a game plan together as we work to hire a new youth director.We have invited Ministry Architects to visit us on April 10 to help us do this strategic work and begin a search process (Learn more about them at www.ministryarchitects.com).
Ministry Architects will spend time listening and learning about our youth ministry. We hope to see participation from a variety of listening groups representing a broad spectrum of members, regular attenders, volunteers, leadership, youth, and any other stakeholders. We want your insights, your frustrations, and your dreams to be heard. After spending time with these groups, the Ministry Architects consultant will write a report, sharing with us what they’ve heard about the church’s youth ministry – including assets, challenges, and how we compare to other churches around the country – and where it seems that God might be taking us next.
