The Programming Request Form is designed to facilitate requests for scheduling programming (classes, rehearsals, youth group, Sunday school, Fellowship of the Bean) and related gatherings. All reservation requests are subject to approval by the facility management team. Please note that this form is not intended for special events, which require a separate process. To ensure the best chance of accommodating your request, we strongly encourage you to provide complete and accurate details in the form, as incomplete submissions may delay or impact approval.

If this is a reoccurring meeting, we encourage you to use the “custom” option found under Event Reoccurrence Rules so that known days of cancellations may be noted.

Events marked “public” will be seen on the public calendar which is viewable by all.
