Bethany is passionate about building authentic community and helping young adults grow in their faith in real, everyday ways. She has a background in social work and nonprofit leadership, with a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, and has spent the past several years working at the intersection of ministry and community engagement.

Most recently, Bethany served as a Director with The Salvation Army in the Pittsburgh area, where she led outreach initiatives, built partnerships with local churches and organizations, and created programs that met both practical and spiritual needs. Before that, she spent several years in ministry settings, developing volunteer programs, leading mission trips, and regularly speaking to youth and young adults.

Bethany loves creating spaces where people feel welcomed, known, and encouraged to ask questions and grow in their faith. She was raised at Wayne Presbyterian Church, spent the last 10 years living in Pittsburgh, and recently moved back to the area with her husband, son, and their dog.
