Women of all ages are invited to experience Holy nourishment at the beautiful St. Raphaela Retreat Center. Take time away to deepen your relationship with God, strengthen relationships and grow in faith and community.
The Rev. Katy Shevel will lead us in deep discussion on the practice of friendship and building of spiritual community, drawing upon the scriptures and the profound teachings of St. Augustine in his Confessions.
There will be time for learning, personal reflection, prayer activities, conversation, music and fellowship to deepen our understanding of spiritual friendship and to strengthen us as a body of faith.
We are planning a Sabbath time after lunch on Saturday. You may choose to participate in a relaxing yoga experience, explore your spirituality through art and other prayer practices, journal, walk the new labyrinth, stroll the beautiful grounds or choose to spend the time doing whatever is life giving for you.
Come join us. There will be something for everyone, no matter what season of life you are in.
