Word Before Work: Led by Jeanne Kauffman

Learning to Pray, A Guide for Everyone by James Martin, SJ

         This class will discuss the traditions of prayer throughout Christian history. We will explore different prayer styles to discover which prayers feed our souls and how to build and strengthen intimacy with God.

         Over this 12- week study, we will delve into Paul’s thoughts on false teachings, worship, Christian unity, the role of women, the Lord’s Supper, and love. The Study Guide offers intriguing questions, background stories, and reflections to encourage all of us to take a spiritual check-up!

Get out of Your Head: Stopping the Spiral of Toxic Thoughts by Jeannie Allen

This 6-week DVD study, led by Pam Clark,  provides projects, stories, and bible studies from the book of Philippians to give the tools necessary to transform emotions and outlooks to calm our thoughts when they spiral away from God. When we can learn to conform our hearts and minds to Christ, the goodness and promises of God can enter our lives.
